President Election of India in 2012

After a long 5year term, the first lady-president of India, Mrs.Pratibha Singh Patil has been moved from this first lady person of India post in next July 16. For that the activities for choosing next President are already started. The main political party UPA which at this moment forms the Government already nominates Mr. Pranav Mukherjee as his Presidential candidate.But ,at that moment the main opposition party NDA have not announced its candidate till yet. The President post in India is a very respected post and the candidate for  it is chosen not directly by people as like Prime minister case. Here the president is chosen by the MPs and MLAs. In Indian constitution President does not have huge capacity over activities of Government. Generally a candidate with clean and popular personality is chosen by the parties. For this important post the all parties must choose a person in common. They must not do elections for this post. By this they make this post a colourless and less importance.   

RAKSHA BANDHAN

Raksha -bandhan is an oldest tradational festival of India. This is the festival of brother and sister. Brother and sister are two important part of any family. In this fest sister wishes the long life of brother by binding a thread,which is called as 'Rakhi',on the wrist of brother. On the reply brother promises the security of sister. They exchange the sweets. According to mythology,Goddess Laxmi(godess of money and wealth) bound a rakshi on the hand of Bali.

and that makes the aussie CWG team angry and so they make the nonsense things at the sports village in the end day of the event.they throw the washing machine out from the 8th floor of the building,makes the slogan against Sachin tendulkar.

IS THERE TO BE HIKE IN POLITICIAN'S SALARY?

It is laughable by hearing this topic in someday ago in TV channels & newspapers .In those the topic is that "there must be an huge hike in our salaries".

Politicians like corrupted ministers" Lalu prasad jadav" took the lead of this topic in Assembly.the Assembly where politicians must rise the questions about the needs of the people who choose them to sit in Assembly;instead of that they rise the question of their salary hike.By seeing the salary list of Indian MPs no one can support this topic.After getting the so much facilities&salaries the MPs want more in their salaries.What any thing shame than it?.

Monthly Salary : 12,000

Expense for Constitution per month : 10,000

Office expenditure per month : 14,000

Traveling concession (Rs. 8 per km) : 48,000 ( eg.For a visit from kerala to Delhi & return: 6000 km)

Daily DA TA during parliament meets : 500/day

Charge for 1 class (A/C) in train: Free (For any number of times)

Charge for Business Class in flights : Free for 40 trips / year (With wife or P.A.)

Rent for MP hostel at Delhi : Free

Electricity costs at home : Free up to 50,000 units

Local phone call charge : Free up to 1 ,70,000 calls.

TOTAL expense for a MP [having no qualification] per year : 32,00,000 [i.e . 2.66 lakh/month]

TOTAL expense for 5 years : 1,60,00,000

For 534 MPs, the expense for 5 years :
8,54,40,00,000 (nearly 855 crores)


After seeing the above list no one can think that our MPs are so greedy.This is not the age of Mahatma Gandhi who were worked for people not for themselves.
The people can think that how their money gone(which is also in form of tax) waste.
Also after the 300% increment in their hike they are not still satisfied.and they are still in the mood of the not working in Assembly.
